THE HISTORY OF IGUANA FEST

Iguana Fest was established in 2000 by Justin Karl, owner of a local favorite lunch spot, the Green Iguana, who had fun hosting this event during different times of the year. With this catchy name and a crowd begging for it to come back— it was revived in 2017. This energetic and fun-filled event is located in Downtown Port Lavaca on Main Street.
